Terms of service

  1. Sales and Reservations

    • All items sold or reserved are strictly non-refundable.
    • An item shall only be considered reserved upon receipt of a minimum fifty percent (50%) deposit or if collected within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmation.
    • Cash on delivery is available exclusively for collection at Rose Hill and Bagatelle within twenty-four (24) hours. Orders not collected within this period will be automatically cancelled.

    2. Exchange and Returns Policy
    • Due to hygienic considerations, particularly as the Company primarily sells lingerie items, a strict no-exchange policy applies.
    • Exchanges shall only be permitted in the event of a manufacturing defect or where an error has occurred on the part of the Company regarding the size or model supplied.
    • Comprehensive size charts are provided for each product model. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring accurate measurements prior to purchase. Exchanges will not be granted for incorrect size selections made by the customer.
    • Any request for return or exchange must be communicated to the Company within seven (7) days of delivery via email, WhatsApp, or through our official social media platforms. The Company shall not process any return or exchange request received after seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

    3. Processing, Posting and Delivery
    • All orders are subject to a processing period of one (1) to two (2) business days prior to dispatch.
    • Following the processing period, the applicable standard delivery or postage timeframe shall apply.
    • Dispatch of orders is not conducted on a daily basis. Customers requiring expedited delivery must put a note at the time of order placement or send us a message on our social media platforms.
    • Upon dispatch, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the postal service provider. Feminine World shall not be held liable for any postal delays, losses, or damages occurring after dispatch.
    • Standard postage delivery typically ranges from two (2) to ten (10) business days, while express postage generally requires one (1) to two (2) business days.

    4. Delivery Around the Island
    • Delivery around the island is completed within three (3) business days following receipt of full payment, inclusive of applicable delivery fees.
    • Cash on delivery is not available for island-wide delivery services.
    • Delivery times are not fixed. Customers will typically receive a call approximately thirty (30) minutes prior to arrival.
    • Deliveries outside designated service hours may be subject to additional charges.

    5. Automatic Cancellation of Reserved Orders
    • Where a reservation has been confirmed by way of down payment, the customer must collect the item within one (1) month from the date of reservation.
    • If the customer fails to collect the reserved item within this one (1) month period, the order shall be automatically cancelled.
    • Due to limited warehouse storage capacity, Feminine World is unable to indefinitely store reserved items or repeatedly reschedule collections.
    • Any down payment made shall be forfeited in the event of automatic cancellation under this clause.

    By placing an order with Feminine World, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
